3. Property Transactions & Legal Fees

When engaging in a property transfer through Zain Real Estate, clients agree to the following:

• Clients are responsible for all official government taxes (FBR, Provincial) and DHA transfer fees.
• Zain Real Estate acts as an intermediary and advisory entity. We charge a standard agency commission on successful transactions, which will be disclosed and agreed upon prior to the deal's execution.
• All token money and down payments must be documented legally. We are not liable for private agreements made directly between buyers and sellers outside our official protocol.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Zain Real Estate or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written consent.

5. User Obligations
