We facilitate the purchase, sale, and rental of verified residential villas, commercial plots, and allocation/affidavit files, alongside turnkey construction management.
2. Market Information & File Rates Disclaimer
While Zain Real Estate tracks and publishes real-time market data with utmost precision, the DHA property market is subject to rapid daily fluctuations. Published file rates and property demands represent indicative trading values and are subject to change without prior notice. Official execution rates are finalized at the exact time of agreement between buyer and seller.
3. Transactional Protocols & Legal Fees
Clients engaging in property transactions through Zain Real Estate acknowledge the following obligations:
- Official Government & DHA Dues: Buyers and sellers are responsible for all applicable FBR taxes (Advance Tax / Gain Tax), Punjab Stamp Duty, and official DHA transfer fees.
- Agency Commission: Standard professional agency commissions are agreed upon prior to deal execution and become payable upon successful completion of the transfer.
- Token Money & Vetting: All token amounts (Bayana) must be documented through official legal agreements. Zain Real Estate is not liable for verbal commitments made outside our authorized protocols.
4. Intellectual Property
All content published on this website—including architectural photography, brand monograms (ZRE), market analysis charts, and code—is the proprietary intellectual property of Zain Real Estate and protected by applicable copyright laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
Zain Real Estate, its CEO, and directors act as licensed advisors and intermediaries. We shall not be held liable for macro-economic policy shifts, FBR regulatory amendments, or DHA administrative balloting delays beyond our direct control.
6. Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes arising from property transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lahore, Punjab.
